| Abstract: | This paper presents a selection of summaries of recent judicial decisions in a number of countries concerning the application of general legal principles to labour law, access to employment, the employment relationship, conditions of employment, occupational safely and health, social security, and labour relations. The U.S.A. Canada, Brazil Sri Lanka, Argentina, Peru, Senegal, Japan and eight European countries have been reviewed, such as France, Belgium, Spain , Germany, Switzerland and some others. |
