| Abstract: | In social security and management category, unified and socialized management principle should be adopted in various social insurance items such as old-age support, medicare, unemployment and industrial injury towards employees of various identities in enterprises of different economic factors. In establishment of management agencies, the principle of separation of administration and institution from enterprises should be followed. In the aspect of management character and content, the principle of combination of management with service and of economic security with service security should be followed. |
