| Abstract: | The framework for the multi-level social security system is like this: 1. social security, which includes the current insurance of endowment, unemployment, medical care, industrial injury and birth. 2. social relief, social welfare, special care security, settlement security. The expenditure is jointly covered by the state, the provincial and municipal government and handled by civil administration departments. 3. commercial security and different forms of complementary security. These kinds of insurance are handled by the employers and intended for the patrollers. 4. housing security, which is intended for low salary earners in urban areas and is covered by the state, individuals and work units. |
