| Abstract: | In social insurance system, Shenzhen model has the following outstanding characteristics: conducting the necessary reforms in other aspects, higher socialization degree, conforming to the national unified principle of "combining centralized insurance fund with individual accounts", in which the characteristics of fund accumulation model are incorporated, controlling and restraining the medical behavior of supply and demand sides, especially demand side in medical insurance system, establishing earlier a normal adjusting mechanism for insurance payment. Its existing problems are narrower insurance coverage, backward legislation and lack of effective means for controlling hospitalization expenses. |
