| Abstract: | Rural social insurance always stand at the edge of the social insurance system in China,the certain portion of social insurance put whole rural population out of the system. It's rationable for this phenomenon in a long time. The farmers also face to the market risk and same degree of life risk with the development of market economy. It's forcely necessary to put the rural social insurance in the central of the rural reform and highlight the rural social insurance system. |
