| Abstract: | It is the objective requirement and important guarantee for the establishment of the socialist market-economy to quicken the reform of the insurance system of medical treatment in order to ensure the employees and workers' basic medical treatment. The reform should include the socialization and locality of its management and service. It is also necessary to improve the medical organizations, delimit clearly their responsibility and duty and work out the supplementary regulations which answer the professional characteristics of medical treatment. |
