| Abstract: | Social security is the main conflict and difficult point of the present national economic development and operation, the key of structural readjustment. We need to use many ways to solve these problems, such as supplement social security funds with national bond. We can use another important weapon, that is national land's rent in fund original. We should active prepare to take the national bond's place with land's rent as soon as possible. |
