| Abstract: | The costs of state health insurance have risen extremely in the last years in Switzerland. Therefore the idea has been raised that so called Health Maintenance Organisations, successful already in the US have to be adopted. They are partnerships of doctors and nurses responsible for the health of their clients and interested in the most economic way of securing it. The first attempts at introducing this institution in Switzerland. |
