| Abstract: | The author argues with an article of Bilam Sonntag where the vision of millions of Spanish and Italian mothers living lavishly on sunny beaches from German family allowances is presented. Author determines precisely in which cases a mother living in Italy or Spain is entitled under existing EC law to German family allowance and why it should be so under EC legislation. |
