Abstract:Over the post-World War II period, the close relationship between government and business in the context of industrial policy has promoted many countries' progress toward economic growth and industrial competitiveness. Government have combined a variety of policy instruments such as taxes, exchange rate measures, and financial incentives as a comprehensive supporting package for their policy goals.
