| Abstract: | A literature survey on the topic of the impact of the information technology on organisations revealed the interplay between the use of information technology and organizational design. In this paper, an evolutionary constructionist view of the impact of technology on organisations is presented. With this view, the information technology enabled organisational migration has three stages: knowledge link, transaction link, and business alliance link. |
