| Abstract: | The authors posit that post-modern management science should accept a new mission by incorporating soft computing and knowledge management into mainstream business. According to the authors, soft computing is a sign that the post-modern viewpoint has begun to contribute to the advancement of management science. Knoeledge management is another phenomenon of post-modern management science. It utilises corporate knowledge by converting its tacit and explicit knowledge both ways. |
