Abstract: | Sharing knowledge and firm innovation play important roles in sustaining competitive advantage. The paper creates a model to test the relationship between learning organization, knowledge-sharing behaviour, and firm innovation. This was studied through data from 254 employees. The findings suggest that open-mindedness, shared vision and trust have positive effects on both knowledge-sharing behaviour and firm innovation. Commitment to learning does not have significant relationship on knowledge-sharing behaviour and firm innovation, Communication, however, has significance on firm innovation, but not on knowledge-sharing behaviour. |
