| Abstract: | The Changjiang River Delta has a relatively sound environmental foundation of high and new technologies. At present, the most urgent task is to make breakthroughs at the traditional planned economic system, to bring forth new ideas in the system in light of the principles of the market economy and to form the mechanism of accelerating the development of industries of high and new technologies, including change of the mechanism of technological process and reform of the enterprise system. |
