| Abstract: | Two special geographical superiority of the Changjiang gorge area should be given into full play in its present economic development. One is shipping superiority in three gorges reservoir and the other is the forest advantage in this area. By utilizing the first one, this area can devote great effort to developing industries related to communications and transportation as well as trade. And if its forest advantage is regained, a new development pattern with forestry, sideline production and tourism as the main industries can be shaped. |
