| Abstract: | The article points out that the successful activity of industrial technology innovation depends on the two process's progress smoothly of the technology and industrialization development. The technological industrialization development shows the economic process. In order to speed up the industrial technological progress, we must specially attention to research and solute the problem of economic environment needed by the new emerged industrial composition grows.
