| Abstract: | The article analysis the basic situation of S & T industry and discusses its development state, makes an inquiry into the existent difficult and problems in the S & T industry in the aspects of sustained situation of S & T development , the talented person, and the management. The author suggests that we should carry out the comprehension harmony and management to develop the high technology industry in China, and establish the national fund to develop the high technology. |
