| Abstract: | This paper thinks that Guangdong should pursue a neutral trade policy in the course of its industrialization. In terms of export, it should carry out the reform of the system of export restraint and export rebate, and make great efforts to develop foreign trade service industry. In terms of import, it should cancel the restraint of the amount of imports and further reduce tariff rates. This paper also lay special stress on expounding the connotation of industrialization and the important effect of trade on industrialization. |
