| Abstract: | High tech industry is a symbol measuring the sci-tech level of a country. The developed countries' high tech accounts for over 15% of GNP, while China's makes up only 2-3%. To change the present state, we must give prominence to top priorities, make more investment in it, face world market, enhance the awareness of intellectual property rights and adopt the policies of protecting domestic high tech industry by strengthening the adjustment of tariff. |
