Abstract: | At present, China has entered the new stage of industrial development, that is , China is in the historical course of transition from the mid-stage to the later stage of industrialization, featuring basic industries, pillar industries, and light and textile industries advancing simultaneously in terms of the contents and mode of industrial growth. To invigorate China's pillar industries, the policy orientation is 1. to establish high-efficient, flexible and standard mechanism for investment and financing in order to increase investment in pillar industries, 2. to enhance the technological quality and self-development ability of industries, 3. to promote the process of economy of scale, depending on large corporations and large groups. |
