| Abstract: | The development policy and measures towards Tianjin high and new technological park are as follows: making clear its strategically positioning and upgrading strategically in an effort to make it the nuclear part in Tianjin's development strategy; running new industries with new train of thought; establishing a normal, rational and effective park system and industrial development mechanism; raising funds from many aspects and through many channels to increase investment; making policy innovation and strengthening legal system; grasping tightly the objective of high and new technological industrialization; perfecting the soft environment of park, and establishing and perfecting park's own new system. |
