| Abstract: | To increase Shanghai's economic returns of gathering, we should conduct industrial reorganization in the urban. central district. We should not only move the industrial enterprises which are not suited to being in the district but also develop metropolis-type enterprises by means of switching to the manufacture of another line of products or replacement of land. On the basis of the existing industrial areas which have taken a certain shape in the periphery of the city and the suburban counties at present, we should build several large satellite cities. In terms of industrial distribution of urban circle, we have to adjust Shanghai's industrial structure in order to establish an industrial system in harmony with the urban circle. |
