| Abstract: | Separating resource industry from the industrial categories is an inevitable outcome, the law of evolution of modern market economy and the objective demand of China's grim resource situation as well. The major barriers to the development of resource industry in China are the imperfect management system of resources and market mechanism on one hand and the intensifying waste and shortage of resources caused by the guidance of traditional ideology of extensive growth on the other hand. Besides the growth of supply of resource industry can not catch up with that of demand. And the price ratios between products, raw materials and resources are irrational. |
