| Abstract: | In terms of technology, high and new technology is taken as guidance while applicable technology occupies the leading position. In terms of products, the value of new ideas is even higher though technology is valuable. In terms of the government, the government's policy guidance, technological service and the function of productive force promoting centre should be strengthened. In terms of enterprises, technological proliferation is stressed in large-sized enterprises while mechanism is activated in small-sized enterprises. In terms of market, the transfer of achievements should be accelerated and the transfer of stock rights be conducted conveniently. In terms of inviting outside investment, it is advanced in products, and high and new in technology. In terms of development, technology, enterprises and market all need to be developed. |
