| Abstract: | There are six emphases in our national infrastructure construction. The first four are railroads, highwanys, water conservancy works and city infrastructure construction. Fifthly, the professions such as power, coal, ports, civil aviation, post, telecommunication and the like should not follow the direction of enlarging ability simply and reorganizing new points, but turn attention to readjust proffessional products, service structure, geographical constructure and technological makeup based on the change of the market demand. The firal point is exploiting petroleum resources. While making more efforts to explore domestic petroleum and natural gas resources, we must initiatively promote outside-oriented developing strategy. |
