| Abstract: | We need to incorporate knowledge economy into the course of modernization of traditional industries rather than replace them with knowledge economy. The author expresses his opinions on how to handle the relationship between knowledge economy and industrial development. First, we should give priority to the development of knowledge, information and other high-tech industries according to China's actual situation. Knowledge economy and industrial economy should be mutually conditional and mutual market and promote each other. We should change the state that the growth rate of investment in capital construction is obviously higher than that of investment in technological transformation. Besides, we should improve the quality of lobourers comprehensively knowledge economy should serve industrial economy. |
