| Abstract: | There is a close relationship between knowledge economy and high and new-technology. Knowledge economy accelerates the development of high and new-tech while high and new-tech lays a solid industrial foundation for knowledge economy. At present, the factors which restricts China's high and new -technology industrialization include the imperfect market structure, lack of property incentive,less investment in knowledge, the deviations of the government function fulcrum , etc. As for the countermeasures, efforts should be made to perfect market structure,readjust the emphasis of the government, concentrate the creative resources on the enterprises, strengthen the development of human resources and pay attention to the integrated knowledge economy. |
