Abstract: | The factors which restrict China's industrial conversion and upgrading are: Too fast aggregate growth and comparatively low per capita income result in that industrial conversion lacks sufficient demand; owning to inadequate investment, industrial conversion and upgrading are short of funds; low technological content and innovation ability of enterprises lead to insufficient driving force for industrial conversion and upgrading; because of loss incurred in an enterprise and industrial recession it becomes more difficult for enterprises to carry out industrial conversion; The irrational regional industrial system restricts economic development and external competitiveness. |
