| Abstract: | The new thinking of the industrial development in the "Tenth Five-Year Plan" is outlined. The focus is on the restructuring of the existent enterprises to make a major breakthrough in it. The progresses in science and technology are taken as the core to quicken the transformation of the traditional industries and to develop the new high-tech and newly-risen industries at the high level. The industrial development with the focus on restructuring finds its representation of the enterprises' restructuring at the micro-level. |
