| Abstract: | To develop high and new-tech industry it is of vital importance to realize industrialization. Research and development are the bases of industrialization enterprises are bases of high and new technology industrialization and key task is industrial expansion. To integrate high and new-tech industrialization with traditional industry will bring great demand and market space for high and new-technology. To catch up with and surpass the advanced countries cannot be realized by imitation. Therefore, on the basis of introducing advanced technology we ourselves should also innovate in technologies. We should adopt effective should also innovate in technologies. We should adopt effective measures to convert scientific and technological achievements into productive forces and establish and perfect related mechanisms to amplify the conversion degree. |
