| Abstract: | The core of high-tech sector's cooperation between Hong Kong and China inland is the cooperation among Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Zhujiang delta, Guangdong province. The forms of cooperation are as follows: (1) to set up "digital port", "Herbal port" and "scientific fields" in Hong Kong, attracting high-tech companies and talents from inland to engage in scientific development transference; (2) as for the inland high-tech corporations, they should establish business operation center in Hong Kong, and become listed companies on Hong Kong venture creation board to raise funds. The three kinds of enterprises in inland invested by Hong Kong merchants should gradually transfer to high-tech related enterprises. |
