| Abstract: | The former heavy industry, based centrally on planned economic structure, collapsed in the first half of the 1990s in Estonia as well as in most Central and Eastern European countries. However, industrial output has significantly increased after privatisation, including several sectors of the old industry like textile, sewing and timber processing. What will happen in the future? |
