| Abstract: | Shenzhen has now become the important processing base of the world's IT industry and the production place of complete set of new and high technological products by European and American companies. In 1998, the volume of export of new and high technological products was 37.2% of that of processing trade. To develop new and high technological industry, the state needs to formulate the supporting policies. encouraging the enterprises to participate in the international division of labour and use foreign capital and introduce technologies; setting up processing regions of exporting new and high technological products and promoting the development of their trade; strengthening the classified and scientific management of processing trade. |
