| Abstract: | This paper provides an in-depth discussion on the positive aspects of conflicts. The results highlight the importance of cooperative conflict management (hereafter as CCM). CCM can benefit the whole work community and its individual members, but it demands e.g. intellectual, emotional and relational capabilities and skills to discuss about diverse opinions constructively and open-mindedly. |
