| Abstract: | This paper offers an introduction to cultural economy and finance which is the theme of this special issue. The article outlines the preparation of key areas of modern finance and demonstrates the productiveness of opening finance. A cultural economy approach to finance is used to gain a better understanding of how finance works and how discourses about finance might be improved. |
