Abstract:One of the conspicuous characteristics and advantages of China's reform is that the rural areas have in advance oriented themselves to the market. The abrupt rising of rural township enterprises has greatly promoted the economic prosperity and market cultivation. The successive centralization of those enterprises formed some small industrial zones, small towns and cities, then opened a coexisting/competitive prospect to the new and old enterprises/cities, pushing the cities reform large and medium-sized mechanism transformation forward, making the unconscious market oriented reform conscious.
