| Abstract: | Township enterprises are faced with challenges from increasingly intense external competitive environment, reforms of various systems, further opening and new technological revolution. Measures are: to quicken the construction of the township enterprise system with as the focus building of the property right system; to embark on the road of integration of urban areas with rural areas with as the breakthrough readjustment of the industrial structure; to great develop personnel intelligence with as the goal enhancement of qualities of enterprises; to foster a batch of modern township enterprises; to promote scientific and technological progress of township enterprises and to rectify the management system of township enterprises. |
