| Abstract: | Nowadays the township enterprises development has not only become the important pillar and the growing point in the whole national economy, but is the main channel to transfer those surplus labors in countryside. For the time being, China has about 120,000,000 surplus labors in countryside which are supposed to amount up to 0.2 billion or so in the year 2000. At the average increase rate of China's township enterprises from 1978 to 1992, 0.15 billion rural surplus labors can be employed by the township enterprises. |
