| Abstract: | The Principal Financial Group has boosted the morale and self-esteem of employees who have disabilities by helping them return to work through their mainstream program, and has saved more than 1 million dollars in the process. The program involves a temporary worksite evaluation and transitional work environment for employees who have physical or mental limitations that prevent them from performing their jobs on a temporary or permanent basis. |
