| Abstract: | The potential problems in developing risk investment are as follows: China is short of real risk enterprises and excellent risk investors and entrepreneurs. The present tax policy is irrational. The property rights and stock transaction markets are imperfect. It is difficult for high-tech enterprises to list. There are no corresponding laws and regulations. The present risk investment companies are small in both scale and number and their operation is not standardized either. So to develop risk investment. we must solve these problems. This paper also raises some suggestions, such as establishing closed company-type risk investment fund by means of collecting private donations with the investor fund as the main form in the present stage. |
