| Abstract: | Township enterprises, which are strongly driven by profits, have caused various unnegligible problems in the healthy development of the economy and the society. For example, they are the important "production base" of counterfeit goods and "chief-culprits" of environmental pollution and ecological disturbance, etc. The basic reason for the emergence of these malpractices is our lack of scientific and positioning researches of the development strategy and overall plan for township enterprises. Therefore, we have to work out a plan for the regional and industrial development of township enterprises, make great efforts to train new types of managing personnels, change the operational pattern, and realize the sustainable development of economy, environment and society by means of developing the high-tech industries which produce less pollution. |
