| Abstract: | These years the rural income rise has slowed down at a fast speed. An important issue is that the non-agriculturalization and urbanization of rural population has speeded down. Since 1998, TVEs has seen a downhill in growth. It's critical to seek new ways to create new opportunities for development. The TVEs that have larger size and better prospect should break the geographical barrier, take positive actions to adjust system and organizational structure and increase the competitiveness in both domestic and international market. The numerous small TVEs should improve the production level on the basis of specialization. The government should provide more support to the small TVEs. |
