| Abstract: | The defects of China's industries of sensitized materials: there is low ability to provide the auxiliary items; quality cannot be guaranteed from the basic raw materials to the products; the investment in research is not enough and the ability of technical development is low, and the highest annual investment by the lading enterprises in scientific research is only 20 million yuan; there are all kinds of heavy burdens and no perfect internal management institutions; the marketing strategies are backward and market-development capability is low; owning to the imperfect incentive mechanism high-quality personnel are not willing to work in such enterprises. |
