| Abstract: | This is a detailed historic report of coalition formation among participating countries before and during the Uruguay round. Coalitions are grouped according to their content, namely: agenda moving, proposal making, blocking and negotiating coalitions. A table in the appendix gives an exhaustive list of negotiating groups and issues in the Uruguay Round. |
