Abstract:The operation mechanism for the risk investment in high-tech industries includes the following components: 1)The "Seed" self-emerging mechanism of the high-tech companies which refers to the pioneers who posses high-tech or high-tech outcomes and decide to establish high-tech ventures, 2)The fostering mechanism based on the competitive priority selection of the risk investors, 3)The value acceptance mechanism of the securities market, i.e.recouping the capital input and risk payment and gaining extraordinary high profit. Only when those mechanisms support each other and act jointly the course of sustainable and smooth development could be guaranteed to promote the continuous growth of the high-tech industries.
