Abstract:Trends of the market of nineties point out explicit competition in the sense of quality.In this meaning quality should be understood as mastering of quality in the *= ebroadest sense.Not only the quality of a product is important, but also the quality of operating as a whole, with special stress on creative managing, is gaining on this importance.Enforcing of quality as basic aim of enterprising strategy is expected form managers.By using operating methods of top quality, what is characteristic for the management of competitively most capable and developed systems, also our companies should implement their possible competitive advantages against rivals on the market.We are talking about adjusting of present operating to operating standards ISO 9000.Quality is a changing target, being constantly modified by changing requirements of customers, therefore operating should be continuously updated.Top management ought to update knowledge and operating, to free creativeness of colleagues in the operating system, this being imposed upon the system by customers, who constantly change their requests and needs and continuously expect new, improved quality.Relation of managers to quality is an important element of strategic orientation of our economy.We are talking about the segment of our society which guides the higgest number of employees and directly influences their future.The consequences of this is not only responsibility, but also duty and obligation of managing with top quality. Quality operating is too important to be left to those who are not ready to take up the challenge of contemporary competitive operating.It should be realized that standard of leaving is stagnating if quality is not totaly mastered and this should guide the responsible subjects at directing of operating processes.
