| Abstract: | 1.The proportion of exclusively state-owned corporations in the experimental enterprises is a bit large. Although many enterprises have set up the corporation managerial structure, the situation remains to be "old wine in a new bottle", which is to say they still follow the pattern under the old system for their operation; 2. Government and enterprises are not completely separated; 3.Since there are no definite representative agencies for state-owned assets, subjects of the right of ownership are still out of place which results in multiple wills of holders of state-owned stocks and the irregulation of the relationship between the board of directors and the general meeting of stock holders. 4. The relationship between the board of directors and the management is not standardized; and so on. |
