Abstract:A great deal of the SRC's (Springfield Remanufacturing Corporation) success can be traced to the philosophy and ability of the corporation's upper management, especially those of its CEO (chief executive officer), J. Stack. He was able to turn an extremely difficult situation into a success through his ability to focus everyone in the same direction. Many of today's most successful organizations are successful because of each CEO's ability to share their own vision with their organizations. In SRC most people feel they are treated openly and fairly. They understand what the message is and respect those who are sending it.
