| Abstract: | The improvement of the capabilities of a systems department may be by ensuring that it has the authority to survey all areas of an organization and responding to all requests for assistance. Appropriate authority must be delegated by top management and disseminated throughout the organization via directives, inclusions in manuals. Proper recruitment and selection of applicants should lead to qualified personnel. The corporate-wide performance improvement program should include training of all personnel. |
