Abstract: | Large organizations depend on the upper echelons of management for strategic direction, planning and leadership. Top management is responsible for steering the company to success. To accomplish this goal, these professionals must develop objective, critical evaluations of the organization's performance as well as the performance of subsections, colleagues and middle management. In addition, members of this elite group must be insightful, critical, innovative, imaginative and willing to act. |
